This may not be the place for it but how are NIL payments made? One time, directly to the athlete, monthly, can the players start S-Corps and reap those benefits? I have never really seen it mentioned or discussed in depth on TexAgs or maybe I just missed it.

it won't be discussed because it's private deals with the players. But it can be all of the above, it's all how the NIL donor and player wanna set it up.
