So glad he's returning. Love his game and believe he will be a huge part of the team's success next year.

I think he and GG have the best swings on the team. So smooth.

Most overlooked guy by the past coaching staff, hopefully the new coach will make a deal that keeps him on the team.

Did his dad play? Is there a picture that someone could post during a game that shows who is dad is?

Is he ever impressed?

I hear Kevin Whelan is killing it up there. Love hearing about these summer junkets, and guys slumming at the Cape. We got anybody in the real summer prize, a.k.a. the Alaska League?
94chem,
That, sir, was the greatest post in the history of TexAgs. I salute you. -- Dough

I believe he is going to have a long pro career. He's solid in every facet of the game and clutch when it matters most. So glad he's back

I believe his dad, Roy Kent, was actually a soccer player.

There's a documentary series about him on Apple TV.

If you ever get a chance to visit Cape Cod during the summer, check out the Cape Cod Baseball League. 10 teams representing small towns strung along the Cape. Small, intimate ballparks that allow you to sit close to the action.

Very much like Norman Rockwell would have painted it.

Have friend from Boston who moved to Cape Cod when their kids were little. Looks like a dream place to raise your family… except for the great whites

Another good day for Kent. 2 for 4 with 2 singles as his team came back from a 0-6 deficit to win 7-6. Still batting .500 though 4 games.

Max Kaufer had the winning RBI. He's had 3 good games and in 10 PA, he's 3 for 8 with 2 BB

Binderup is playing on the same team. He's 2 for 6 with 2 singles.

No Ags in the ABL this summer, unfortunately.

The Cape is the best summer baseball league. If you can hit at the Cape you're gonna get looked at by the MLB teams. Spent 2 weeks there in 2021 watching our grandson play. Unbeleivable college talent plus a great baseball and family atmosphere. Grandson is now in AAA ball in his second pro season.
