He may not have been the last but Dave Elmendorf played football and baseball at A&M.
Dave went on to play professional football for the LA Rams and played in the 1979 Super Bowl.

and Jeff Granger owns one of those victories (1992)

he passed for 196 yards & TD vs. LSU -- it was his best game of the season
