Not a matter of stones just things need to be done in a certain order

First the AD need to announce a new head coach and the top tier of mgmt that is their only focus

Simultaneously a team should be trying to corroborate the burner phones , the moving company story , interview David Pierce and anything else that would be helpful when The Ags sue or file a complaint with the SEC. Bringing suit will be more successful if we can establish that some of these rumors likely happened

Currently TAMU probably does not have the right to demand those receipts. If the rumors check out then the lawsuit is more likely to go forward and as part of the breach of contract civil lawsuit you get the paperwork from the moving companies

2) He's a great coach; losing him to them hurts.

3) The way he did this has irreparably harmed his reputation but if he wins ( which he likely will ) none of this will matter.

It's not going away, but I think it is not an understatement that this hire will have ripple effects across other sports and the sporting world in general. 5) We have to absolutely nail this. It has to be the biggest fish. I don't know who that is. Honestly, it has to be Vitello or Corbin. Perhaps Forbes at UNC.

That's it. There are repercussions far beyond baseball if we don't get this right. Vitello would be an absolute **** you right back at them. Game on.
