He knew he was headed to Austin. Made some questionable decisions. Watched with a stupid look on his face while the home plate ump went in dry on our pitchers and batters.

Left no doubt today he is a low character individual. He made a deal with the devil and ****ed his new boss' rival on the way out.

While I'm pissed he's leaving, seriously why would he throw it if he could have a win for CWS under his belt? Not many can say that.

He made some weird decisions in game three. I'm not ready to buy into the conspiracy theory, but I can see the appeal. It also helps to explain why he was so defensive.

I don't think he threw the game, but I'm not sure his head was completely in it either.

See putting Wilson in with a 1-run lead with less than 3 innings left in game 2. Nothing against Wilson, the poor kid was served at the alter unfairly.

We lost by one run.

4 of our players were hitting below . 200 for the series, including our first 2 in the lineup.

Lack of hitting lost us the championship.

I agree. Team looked off leaving the hotel. They were very flat and emotionless unlike the two preceding nights. Gave me a sinking feeling.

You don't throw it on purpose since it just hurts yourself especially since he may never get back. But mentally he could not have truly been fully focused and committed so that could affect decisions and judgement. Plus allowing the info to leak yesterday to distract the team. Pretty dirty.

He alluded to something during the pregame interview on Gtosay or Saturday I think that he might not ever get to see a championship here and maybe the next coach might.

I agree in principal, but still can't figure out the pitching decision in game 2 with the lead. Makes no sense

Hind sight is 20/20. Now he has allowed his motives to come into question for every decision he made. He will say he acted in his own self interest to take the tu job…..so we can question whether he was acting in his own interest as managed the CWS knowing he was leaving. Did he put himself before the team? He's done this to himself and he deserves every bit of Aggie ire he gets forever and ever amen.

This. I thought something was off in his dugout interview where he looked abnormally calm and joked about needing a 17 run inning.
