Lot of these guys don't realize how good they got it.

For example, take Billy Gillespie - He was all set for life here. All he had to do was win the occassional conference championship, and make regular NCAA tournament appearances. Instead he pulled an Icarus, and went to Kentucky, the apex of college basketball. Only problem with that was conference championship and tournament appearances mean nothing there. National championships, or GTFO.

Now he's a .500 coach at Tarleton.
