Horrible calls. Does affect the game.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Digital strike zones at every level of baseball can't come soon enough, but opportunities have been there, and we have failed to take advantage. Don't blame the ump.
I don't see on person on here blaming the umpire for us not winning. That being said the players and fans deserve better than what is taking place.

I agree there have been horrible calls but that's not why we are losing. Need to string some hits together.
Outside part of the zone was a full ball off of the plate for us.
Was one sided all night. Obvious he is a biased low life, scum sucking, cock sucking, certified, card carrying piece of steaming pig feces. Jace only swung at the high ball because feces face had called two high pitches strikes. Home plate umps can and do control a game

Jace's strike across the letters on his chest was an interesting looking strike that led to a strike out when he swung on one just like it

There was no zone. It wasn't evenly consistently bad, just unpredictably bad and always in tn favor

But this was especially poor. From the first pitch.
Now, if it was a big zone but consistent, then fine. But it wasnt. It was nearly all one sided in favor of tennessee.
For a team who has such good plate discipline and knows the strike zone so well, an ump this bad absolutely ****s you.

Yesterday's umpire and UT would have walked 15 instead of 2.
He was utterly terrible. And I felt A&M got more bad calls so it seemed one-sided.
Yea umps made have swing at ball in his head level, grahovakkkk, Kent, Burton all night swinging at balls. Umps were bad we didn't do little things correctly and it cost us big time

And to think the first inning he was calling strikes 2 inches off the ground for Tenn.
Tennessee pitchers consistently got the low strike and outside low corner. A&M not so much - we couldn't pitch to it.
Well, he kinda did. He both called balls as strikes, making it where we had toasting at pitches we didn't want to because he was calling them strikes.

Vitello and Anderson won the title yesterday and today working the umps. Hate it.
Great final example: Jace takes a high one that is called a strike and then strikes out on a high one instead of walking because he knows he's not getting the call.

And the HR AB Ashenbeck gave uo, threw 2 strikes that weren't called. Both clearly over the white of the plate. One towards the bottom of the zone then one a bit higher. I was like damn the zone is somewhere between those 2 pitches? Next thing you know meatball to try to get back in the count and it's gone. F em all

I understand the don't make excuses crowd but yesterday was bad and today was worse and far more lopsided. The blue should not have such an impact on the game. We've moved to a challenge era, which still needs a LOT of work, but now it's time to use a robot ump.
Maybe it's a robot zone and if the pitch called by human isn't even touching the robot zone, it is reviewed instantly and quickly?
