I'm sure there are tampering rules from NCAA or at least A&M during a post season run, but you bet the official schmoozing is on its way for our ball coach. Austin Country Club membership, Lake Austin lake house, 2X-3X salary, and probably a larger war chest in the NIL era. Not to mention, our last snake oil salesman (Bjork) is gone and Del Conte has a history with Schlossnagle. Essentially, the lifestyle of the Ft. Worth TCU man of 20 years will be multiplied in Austin. We are too blue collar to keep Schlossnagle from T.U.

This is not the first time they've done this petty BS. When was the last time? Did they fire their last football coach to try to 'get attention' on the morning of our New Year's bowl game? I can't remember exactly, but I know they've done this same sort of thing before.

I don't think Schloss will leave us for them - and particularly not after that BS to distract his team on the morning of A&M's (and his) chance to finally win a championship. Whether it actually succeeded in distracting the players or not, it was a no-class move by an obsessive, petty, and classless school we've come to expect this from.

My son is at A&M now. I told him when they announced they were coming to the SEC, I needed to start educating him. I actually have not had to do that much bc he has already learned a ton by watching how they behave on social media.

He will contact me from time to time to relay the latest stupid thing they are doing.
