Wilson made a few mistakes, didn't pitch all that bad, but those hanging breaking balls are killers. Personally am surprised that Tanner Jones has not gotten a call since he was the Saturday starter for much of the year, but Schloss has pushed the right button all playoff long.

Yeah it's just tough going against a team this good after throwing Lamkin Wednesday and being down Sdao. He had to go longer than you'd prefer.

It's not anything against the kid. Just that he's a freshman with an 8+ ERA who only threw 8 innings all year. They have one of the most potent offenses. No lead is really safe from them. That wasn't a diss, it was facts.
To this point in this game, what life what we shown at the plate? A few scattered hits and an early home run? Does that bode well for a 3 run hole with 6 outs left?
They are just commenting on the game as it is. Quit looking for things to blame.

I would treat it as a 2-1/3 inning game with a 1-run lead and absolutely play to win it there. Everyone has a right to their opinion, that what this forum is about.
