torn meniscus will drive you crazy and keep you up nights. It can also feel weird when your knee pops on just a normal movement.

Appel's hands are taking a beating. Just judging from his reaction on a foul tip Wed. I thought he might have to come out, but he played through. Another one smashed into his shoulder mounted receiver and caused some pain. I can't remember the last time I saw Bard catching, but it was one of the last couple of regular season series, I think.

It's been a long season including some afternoon scorchers at home lately. These kids are showing a lot of guts. Gig 'em, aggies. A chance at a national title is keeping them going.

Apple is a damn warrior. I never expected he would catch the % of innngs he has this year. Kid is a straight up baller.
