Thought the same when I saw him wearing that hat. He was definitely making a statement and setting the tone of rejecting a victim mentality.

A team with that is super dangerous in Omaha!

I was on my desktop machine. Just clicked your link, which opened in a new tab. Then right clicked the image and copied it. Went back to Texags and pasted it into the Reply box. Images displayed before I hit post.

Hayden Schott explains it at the 11:25 timestamp in this video. Basically, it came from a motivational meeting in the Fall led by Schlossnagle about responding to advesity with "Good." It became a thing in the locker room and on opening day Schlossnagle bought everyone on the team the Good hats.
