Conner Weigman has fully recovered: That would be in two ways. First, he has fully recovered from the sprained AC joint that sidelined him for three games. Secondly, he has fully recovered from the disappointing showing he had in the season-opening loss to Notre Dame. After that game, he vowed to play better.
