No. If you don't go immediately you have to wait 3 years.
Or you can drop down to Junior College. Also there are draft eligible sophomores where they have to be 21 if not by the draft, maybe within a month of it.

As soon as he finishes exhaling he starts delivery on off speed. 1/2 second hold on fastball
