No way we should have fallen that low. NCAA sucks.
Our AD should have at least spoken up about this travesty. The only people who want us to play the sips in anything are the sips. Tired of missing games to avoid these jokers.

NCAA just can't help themselves.
So our region has
A&M vs Albany
Texas St vs Penn St
Win it and then go beat Texas. They shouldn't have to match up with someone as good as us either.

I don't think any metric puts A&M that low but you called. They just have to do it every time

We barely made it. Wow, fell apart the few games. Everyone in the SEC passed us so now we go on the road against tu if we are good enough to win our region.
Interesting that it seems like we did not have a team watch party!? Technical difficulties or just did not have one?
What's really irritating is that it's not just having to go to sip. It's having to go through the No 1 overall seed.

The NCAA committees manipulate it for interest. Always have and likely always will.
They line up A&M vs Texas and Tennessee vs Alabama by that one simple switch in seeds.

Yeah of sip was seeded 7th we'd probably have gotten the 10 seed.

We didn't fall apart. The NCAA made a 16 seed to match us against tu. We are better than 16 and if I was a tu fan I would be pissed to be matched against A&M.
Don't forget, the sips always want to have us if they think they can win. The tuck tail and run if they believe they'll lose. It's a huge part of their ego.

I think everyone forgets it's REGIONALS and SUPER REGIONALS, and this will happen every year from here on out; they'll find a way to pair them in Super Regionals; it's just going to happen. Baylor and OK State will always get passes

We did it to ourselves. Florida owns us and that's what cost us a top eight seed. LSU was an eight seed in the SEC tournament and is a ninth seed in the NCAA women's college tournament. Unbelievable.
Clearly how you played in the last 10 games really mattered and not your whole body of work. Florida made a huge jump in the last two weeks and we really fell. We should have been a 11-13 seed but our record at the end and the tu matchup was too much for them to pass up.

Not just Florida. Getting swept by LSU was a big part of it. What we showed was that when given the opportunity to beat a nationally seeded team we couldn't do it once.Stone44 said:

All in all, the program trajectory is still very promising. Hosting a regional in year two is a good accomplishment for Ford.
