Season hasnt started yet and I was offered this trade:

I send Michael Young (obviously the SS/2B from Texas)

I receive Tom Glavine + Jeff Bagwell

Glavine has been nearly "lights out" but his age and team are a concern for the second half. Bagwell??? Well, you know.

Im considering asking for Lyle Overbay in lieu of Bagwell, but Im not sure Im sold that Lyle can keep it up over the entire season.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

heck no, Young is a top 5 MI, Bagwell sucks for a 1B, and pitching is mediocre at best around the league, except for the top 10ish.
