Just turned on the TV, and it's raining and in the high 50s in Omaha today. First pitch for game 1 is delayed for about 15 more minutes.

I'm in the Rosenblatt Press Box. Woke up this morning (We're staying in a friend's nice RV across from the park) and it was pretty miserable.

It's now pretty nice.

BTW, this is a fantastic event. Only my second time to come, but I'm going to make it a annual trip for myself.

I've never been to Omaha. The CWS is probably the best place to experience what college sports is all about.

Dogbert,
I think what makes Omaha so special is the fact that everybody goes out of their way to be nice to visitors.

With that said, 13th Street turns into a Mini-Bourbon late night on Saturday.

Should be a fun rest of the week.
