The Stanford Museums are very impressive. 2nd largest Rodin collection in the world and the new Anderson Collection museum is really impressive. All free. All open on weekends.

I'm thinking if they make it to the Sunday Championship game 6, then 4pm would be a good time for an Aggie tailgate picnic. Reply here if you are interest.

Went there Friday and there were a few tailgates in the parking lot next to the stadium. This is better than Master's Grove and more in the middle of things. This lot is also next to Pac 12 plaza which is the mail tailgate area for football games and have many picnic tables under the trees.

What part of East Bay are you staying? If you're up near Hayward/Danville and have to use the San Mateo Bridge, you can meet up with me near the peninsula side of the bridge which would be half of your trip.
