I like him out of the pen. We roll the dice with others and then use him when we need him in high leverage. Much more valueable if he can help us win 2 games a weekend.

I get it, but whether he pitches the first six innings or the last six, we only use him once a weekend anyway.

Might work out that way, but if Dett managed to get 5 or 6 or we got a massive lead it could have gone differently. If he starts you only get him once period.
