That's what I thought. Unless I'm mistaken he was in the damn box.

He doesn't have to wave at the pitcher and say, "Okay I'm ready!"

I timed it and from the time the ball hit the pitchers glove to the umps call was 12.2 seconds. It was a quick throw from catcher.
