It did, but Detmer shouldn't have missed there, 7/10 times that's going to be called a HBP.

Did I not see them review a play at home in the middle of the sip ND game? For the life of me, how does a call get made based on the batter shaking his hand at the ump in a championship tournament without a review?

I'm confused about what is said here about situations not being reviewable in the CWS or not reviewable till late in the game. There was a play reviewed in the ut/ND game in about the 2nd inning with the call reversed. Different situation but still something reviewed. What am I missing?
