The players in the dugout got the idea from the Effin' LA Dodgers as such it took me awhile to warm to it. It was not til I witnessed the entire upper deck awash in Bubbles did I really begin to see what a fun celebration it could be.

Due to all the bubbles that end up on field level, I'm wondering when it will be banned. But perhaps like the MSU cowbell, they can't stop it.

My wife swears that she did it first. Back in the 90s we lived in CS. While I was coaching a game at Consol she says she took our kids to a game and blew bubbles.

I have serious doubts she was first but she swears that no one did it before her.

Were they just blowing bubbles because they were kids at a game, or did she only let them blow 5 or 6 breaths full when they scored and force them to put it up until the next score? I have a feeling she just let the kids have bubbles and they blew them whenever they wanted

I don't know, however, it's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I was at a game last year and some lady kept blowing those bubbles in my face. I asked her to quit twice, the third time I told her I would take it away from her and step on it. Children must play!!!!!

He said he went to an A&M game really drunk and blew bubbles.
