Was the DJ at Olsen the same jackass at Kyle Field?

I enjoyed the horses, dance team and commercial strength bubble machines. Music was not mid-season form, but that should be easy to fix.
What commercial strength bubble machines? I'm intrigued.
To be honest this was one of the most alarming things to me. The bubbles started organically and grew with the people. The people made it happen. If the fans don't do it then it doesn't rain bubbles.
If we just bring in larger and larger bubble machines it is not the same thing to me.
I think what they're trying to say is that it started I think by the players or player, then fans picked up on it and grew from there. It wasn't a marketing gimmick saying we're Bubble City then tell the fans this is the new thing we're doingBunk Moreland said:ColoradoMooseHerd said:ensign_beedrill said:Bullpen Chias said:

By organic, you mean copying the Dodgers?
And before anyone takes this the wrong way...i don't care that the team ripped it, and obviously the fans turned it into a new era tradition...But that's how it started

Yeah, it seems someone is trying too hard. First at Kyle and I guess now at Blue Bell.
The AD must have hired a person from pro sporting events. They are completely degrading the natural organic reactions and traditions the student body has created historically. The dj at Kyle is definitely interfering with traditions. MEMO TO AD: AGGIES DO NOT NEED HELP CREATING A NATURAL FUN AND EXCITING SPORTS EVENT ATMOSPHERE! YOU ARE RUINING EVERYTHING!

Note to AD - We got this! Been doing it for quite a while now.

I think something is being confused here. We wanted to win! That is the change we need. Do that, and more people want to come and be engaged. No need to turn this into every other ballpark in the country and start trying to jump the shark.
We already have one of the top 5 environments in college baseball at Olsen. I don't recall anyone ever saying how awesome of an experience they had going to a TCU game. So Schloss and the AD need to focus on winning baseball on the field, and leave the fan stuff alone!

The AD oversees the guy making changes. Every organization is different and I'm lucky that my bosses give me a fair amount of freedom to do my job but if I ever do something that they think is bad for the brand, they have no problems stepping in and telling me to knock it off.

The head coach is the one making these changes. I'm sure it was part of the deal when he was hired. Buzz got a bunch of concessions when he was hired

I have no doubt that there was something in the negotiations about giving Schloss some power to make changes. But I doubt he gets to do whatever he wants.
Or maybe Bjork was so desperate that Schloss gets to spend 1 night/month at the Stella hotel with Bjork's wife. But I don't think that's how it works.
Damn you! You have sent me down a rabbit hole......these guys are awesome !dabo man said:
Since they've apparently done away with all of the AC/DC, I *do* know what song I'd play over the PA when the Ags take the field!!
