Great job by Doxakis to come back and turn in that kind of start. He didn't have the best placement early and fought through it.

The 3rd was a big inning. South Carolina has already taken scored 2. Then a walk, then an error at short loads the bases. We are one big hit away from letting things get out of control. No one can hit! Now no one can pitch! Add an error into the mix and we're terrible at everything! I think that's a coach over there holding the playbook upside down and scratching his head in confusion!

And Doxakis gets another ground ball and gets us out of the inning. The Aggies go on to score not just the 2 needed to win, but 7 in an inning that includes a grand slam while South Carolina is held scoreless. The Aggies move up to 10-5-1 in the league.

WHAT DOES TOMORROW HOLD? (maybe rain)

Rain chances peak tomorrow in the early afternoon. They should be able to get the game in tomorrow night, even if it starts late. If we play 2 on Saturday, they would be 7 inning games, so they will try to get the game in without resorting to a DH.

That tie on our record just looks unnatural and makes me angry

Apparently I'm hunting Gamecocks tomorrow. Trouble, do you know where any big cocks are?

I don't post much at all but I do follow TexAgs. I find it amusing to see the difference in those who post when the Ags are losing compared to when they're winning. Saw several of the negative posters show up Tuesday in full force who are nowhere to be found tonight. Good win guys!
