another big weekend in the SEC...

looking at the conference schedule, if A&M can take care of business in Columbia...each win is almost guaranteed to gain ground on two or three other West contenders.

the Ags have had trouble with the Gamecocks in league play. However A&M's lone series win vs. Carolina came on the road in 2016. Scar is just 1-5 at home this season in conference play

and in the Big 12...the marquee series is 1st place Baylor (8-3) at Tech (6-6). The Bears historically play terrible in Lubbock. Will have to win at least one to stay at the top of the standings.

also #67 TCU (5-4) is at #80 Kansas State. The 3rd place Frogs may not gain much in RPI this week, but could move up the Big 12 standings
