Gooooood lort! That was a reckoning. Just an absolute beat down on the road. With the way this team started it's even sweeter to see them explode the way they have. Long season but, they are a legit SEC competitor now. Good for them.

Moo has to be my MVP today. Came in and picked up Roa and shutdown the KY batters after the fast start. That really put a charge into this team. They crushed it. All of them. Great work by Shew this series.

Aggies score 17 on 19 hits today, including 7 extra base hits (5 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homer).

There were 7 multi-hit games in the lineup today, and all 9 starters scored a run at least once

I can figure it out more later when stats are updated, but after having a historically bad start before SEC play, the Aggies now have 3 players from today's lineup hitting over .300 and 6 over .290. To go pumping up your averages against any team in the SEC is an impressive feat.

Shewmake was 5-6 today, with a double and 2 RBI

Ducoff, from one spot behind him in the lineup, went 3-5 with 2 RBI of his own

Moo picked up the win today, with his 3.1 innings of scoreless relief.

He got the final out to get the Aggies out of the 1st inning, then battled through the 2nd and 3rd to keep things calm until the bats settled in.

We have never completely dominated a SEC team like that on the road.

And it was so sweet to pound them after they acted like completely jackwads at Blue Bell.

And of course the sweetest moment was when Collett was called out when he leaned into strike three. Baseball karma is a beech.

Just checked....the only Wildcat that played in that 2017 series at Olsen was Collett, who had 1 AB in a pinch hitting role.

Shewmake, Foster, Blake and Doxakis must have told the tale however. They were the returning Aggies from the 2017 games.
