With us or any team in general, how is the fraction of a scholarship a player receives in college baseball determined? I realize there are 11.7 schollys to go around, but is it determined by class or simply talent/team impact? Even amongst all players except for walk-ons?

I don't follow baseball very closely so sorry if this is a dumb question.

Can only be spread amoung max 27 players (rest walk on). Every player has to get at least a 25% scholarship. I don't think there are class limits, but I might be wrong.
