After the last few days, we needed to get into the 160's!

The house was built well. Withstood Harvey with relatively little damage. Their trees are done and the town as a whole is a shell of what it was, but all in all mom and Dad were blessed to go back and find it in really good shape. Thanks so much for asking.
Mom was so frantic when it hit she couldn't remember if we played ucla last week or this week. She said, " I can't take hurricane Harvey and a nationally televised Aggie game right now, I just don't have it in me."
I reassured her it was next week and that gave her a little bit of a laugh.

That's awesome...we have no idea what day it is either! We were freaking out because our TV and internet were out at the house and power is out at the beach house (Galveston). We had no where to watch the game. Then this afternoon, the TV came on at the house and my daughter and I ran around the house whooping! My wife just shook her head as she is quite used to this.

Great to hear about your parents. They will persevere and things will be back to normal before they know it. So many have suffered in this storm but it is encouraging seeing all the people coming out to help.

Now lets get these next 168 days out of the way and get back to some baseball!

Aggies are just special types. We bleed maroon and "we know stuff" so glad you and your family are safe. Gig Em!

True about the football, but deep down it is always about the baseball!

Please God let it be baseball season. I now have 4 months to kill because I can't watch whatever we just did for the next 4 months, or I will hurt someone or something. Bring back baseball please!!!!!

I can't wait for baseball. The football season could nary have started off in a more disastrous fashion.

Glad your office is up and running, sad no Nap Time! But we are another day closer to the "Long Ball"!

My office opened back up today also. I needed to get back in here...to get some rest!
