Nope. We only get 200 for the regional, and that's all comps. For a super regional, we would get 600.Leander - Ag said:

My guess is they figured they'd have one or more of us, sips and BU and didn't want the opposing teams to buy out all the ticketsensign_beedrill said:
So... how hard is it going to be to get tickets?
Also, I remember when we went to the Rice regional a couple years ago, we were able to buy tickets right away. It's a little frustrating to have to wait. UH doesn't give their donors a chance to request regional tickets in advance?

are there any seats in the shade at cougar field?
When was the last time you've watched a a game at Cougar Field (or whatever it is called now)? It is a more than an adequate venue for a regional.CSAg1970 said:
Hope it's improved since last time I saw a ballgame there. If not, TERRIBLE venue for a regional!
All artificial turf fields suck. Having the faux dirt around the bases colored Cougar Red is particularly hideous.themissinglink said:
I've been to a couple games at UH the past couple of years. Their turf looks terrible.
Sure, that's what everyone tries to do. But, the difference here is that UH didn't take ticket orders from season ticket holders and donors in advance. Most schools that host take provisional orders before the host sites are announced, and are then ready to sell tickets to travelling fans on Tuesday.BQ_90 said:My guess is they figured they'd have one or more of us, sips and BU and didn't want the opposing teams to buy out all the ticketsensign_beedrill said:
