Wichita Falls. Got an email from the TMF with my USPS tracking number Friday and had the parking passes by Saturday.

Several of us are in the same situation. Have to wait until Tuesday to call the 12thman to find out the status of our tickets. In the mean time, they will be selling SRO/Lawn seating on line to the general public today for the regional session. Did receive an email May 20th telling me that my order had been fulfilled, however super regional tickets would be in SRO/Lawn area. Now, Im wondering if I have tickets are not.

I know i saw somewhere, unless i dreamed it, that at 2 pm today there were going to be session tickets on sale for GA/SRO . Will this be on 12th man site?

No. They get something like 200 tickets per game, which they will need for their comps.

Just got the email also just now. It still is not as clear as I would like ( qty of tickets and location, or did I even get tickets ). "Your ticket request has been filled according to priority point ranking and availability.", is about all it says.

12th Man site says reserved seating is sold out, SRO/lawn seating the only thing available. But I try to buy a session ticket, it says all is sold out. Are the lawn tickets walk-up purchase only?

This is crazy, is it that hard to just have our tickets in our flash seats account, I mean they already sent people there tickets in the mail, why cant they quickly transfer the tickets electronically. Is everyone with flash seats still just patiently waiting for tickets ?????

Yes, still waiting. My guess is they will push all the FlashSeats in the morning. But it sure seems like they would have pushed the FlashSeats at the same time they mailed the hard tickets. I have had good luck working with many of the TMF folks, but their communication and logistics are absolutely terrible.

Glad I checked my credit card for the pending charge, as I was about to order online the SRO/Lawn tickets that were offered at 2pm. Hopefully, I'm out of my post limit for the 24 hour period. Guess, I need to post more to get to Veteran status. The lack of frequent and clear communications on our tickets results in my frustration. Logistical issues can happen, but with proper communications to the customer, goodwill can be maintained.

I agree. Not worried about tickets, but the poor communication and logistics of the TMF are ongoing with little to no correction.

I understand it's a holiday weekend, but they've had at least 2 weeks to figure out who gets tickets. They opened up ticket sales today without telling people who requested whether or not they got tickets.

I received the same email at 11:42. But it appears not everyone who requested tickets received it. Also the email does not show the quantity, type, or location of the tickets. You could assume that your point ranking corresponded to no availability for your tickets. I have noticed that the website documentation and FAQs have improved over the last year. However, the quality and frequency of the communication for the post season baseball games have been lacking. Hopefully, the 12thman will get additional resources and improved leadership to address these issues.
