What are the iron girders laying across 203, 205, and on the west side? are they closing off the stairs? does this mean people will not only have to get out of the way in 90 seconds between innings, but will also have to walk all the way to an end to get to the concession stands? I drove by today and noticed them and haven't heard anything about them.
