I really hope that people dont start up with that being a blown call.

Just admit it was a fantastic defensive play. You HAVE to get the ball in the air at that point to prevent that.

I don't have the cool laughing / crying emoticon to reply with, but I will say I thought it was a questionable call in full speed. I just get tired of seeing the fielders get questionable calls when it's an emotional play. Seems like it happens all the time. Maybe this ump is the best ump in the world, I don't know.

Just because it was a great defensive play doesn't mean he should have been ruled out. His job is to call him safe if he is safe, and out if he is out. No matter what the offense does. Looking at the replay, he didn't do that.
