The olympics were in the area years ago, and during an FSU baseball game you could hear them playing the Canadian national anthem in the 5th(?) inning. FSU was losing the game, but right after they heard the song, they rallied and went on to win.

Saw different explanation on Texags earlier, something about Olympics, 88, Grambling, etc...Probably not true. Why the H3!! would you need a rally song vs Grambling?
