Maybe not to the same extent, but is K-State to Texas what tech is to A&M? Seems like lately KSU has UT's number in football, they beat the Horns in basketball in Austin this year and they're positioned to win the baseball series.

And, on another note, I think KSU and UT are required to play at least one extra inning game against each other every year. Remember the 20+ inning marathon on Friday night in Manhattan in 2002(?) and I think they had a 17-inning game just a couple of years ago.
