RC's staff is BRILLIANT at scouting other teams. Every series this team shifts for each player according to tendencies. This staff is running it like a pro club, and I love it.

This helps our pitching staff immensely, especially the pitchers who don't have the most dominating stuff but guys put the ball on the ground and field a (usually) good defense.
