I've seen lots of people here put "corn dogs" and "LSU" in one sentence. I'm genuinely curious; do LSU people smell like corn dogs? Where and when did this "joke" start?

Well I guess that part of College Station has been smelling like corn dogs for a long time since I live here. My neighbors don't complain.

Honestly, I don't even like corn dogs...BBQ and Aggie Jerky are good for me.

I was at the food court and distinctly smelled corn dogs. Turned around to see two people wearing LSU gear.
I think corn dog aroma permeates the skin and lingers for days. The other leading theory is linked to genetics.

The other night, actually last Tuesday when we played LSU at Reed in hoops, there was a point in the game where the crowd got quiet for a FT and some guy about 6 rows in front of me yelled out "LSU CORN DOGS!"

Much LOL ensued among the faithful.
