Don't know man, the view from second to top row in 2012 was plenty good for me. I could see our ass kicking from a mile a way though. By half time we had moved down about 30 rows.
With most of these stadiums in the south, there are no bad seats. If you're in the building you can feel the energy, that's what it's all about. Don't sweat the small stuff.
These people are super nice. I agree when people say they are "most like us" in school vibe and type of people that attend there. They also have some cool older traditions and of course they have been pretty good so there is lots of football lore and stories. Find the right people and ask questions. They will probably give you a beer and talk your ear off, but it's worth it.
