A friend and I are planning on attending the UGA v. Clemson game this season since we've neither one been to a game there. So what is appropriate attire? A&M stuff? Mixed A&M and UGA stuff (e.g. A&M shirt and UGA cap)? or neutral colors?

Your thoughts are welcome.

Thanks for the link to the SEC shirt. Hadn't seen those.

I'm considering a white A&M polo and UGA hat. I plan on buying a hat as a souvenir anyway.

Still looking for more suggestions/opinions though.

don't wear A&M gear to a sporting event that A&M isn't playing in

the shirt with all of the SEC teams is appropriate

The idea of wearing an SEC shirt is weird to me. Maybe it's because we have been in the SEC forever. I just don't understand wanting to show off conference pride. Odd

You can catch hell wearing your gear to game. I wore a TAM sweatshirt to an Oregon game and almost got in a fight. My mistake I suppose.

Why is this being asked? Wear what you wod wear/deem appropriate at Kyle. I am not putting on a sweater and bow tie if we play Harvard so therefore, khaki shorts/jeans and A&M polo with a jacket if necessary. Gig'em and beat the hell outta anyone that gets in the way!

Years ago I went to see A&M play at Clemson and some dip **** was dressed in full t-sip garb like it was a home game for them....Don't be that guy and you'll be fine.

Any of you guys attending this game already have tix? Thinking very seriously about attending both the SCar game on Thursday and heading to Athens on Friday for this game on Sat. Cheapest I've found online is $200+.

Thinking of doing the same thing, but just saw the tickets are pretty steep for nose bleed seats at the UGA-Clem game... Haven't bought tickets yet but will keep an eye out for price drops (if there will be any).

A few years ago went to an Alabama vs SC in Columbia, bought scalper tickets and the Wife and I decided to buy SC gear since they were the home team. Our tickets turned out to be in the middle of the Alabama section, so it seemed a bit provocative but they Al fans were awesomely nice to us.

The no Aggie gear crowd is strange to me.

Support your team. I wore typical aggie Polo and hat to the Clem / UGA game. Got a few "you at da wrong game" comments, but mostly highly positive before, during, and after. I'd also like to mention that I was the loudest fan in my section and still had a hoarse voice on Monday....
