I know if Missouri wins they are in BCS. I want whoever goes to the Cotton Bowl to beat the sheet out of the BDF representative (tu or Gaylor). Who do you think is better? Missouri or LSU and how do you think they would do against BDF? I know there are several matchup possibilities but I am sick of listening to Baylor/tech/tu say that sec is overrated. A nice beat down would bring a BIG smile to my face. Thoughts anyone?

The BDF is overrated. They better buy some lube before the game no matter which teams go.

I want that game to be a blowout from the word go.

LSU is a bit more capable than Mizzou of delivering the Cotton Bowl beatdown you are hoping for, imo.

couldn't disagree more. The only "beatdown" LSU has given any BCS level teams this year is A&M(obviously their best game of the year) and Miss. st. This LSU isn't the type of team to blow you out.

Mizzou on the other hand defeated
@ Vandy by 23 (worst defeat at home for Vandy)
@ UGA by 25 (worst defeat at home for UGA this year, and LSU lost to to this team)
vs. Flr by 19 (LSU beat by 11 at home)
vs. UT by 28
@ UK by 31
@ ole miss by 14 (ole miss worst defeat at home this year, and a team LSU lost to this team)

Overall I would say that the SEC West is stronger than the SEC East, but I still think MIZZOU has a better chance of blowing teams out than LSU does. It seems like LSU plays down to their opponents level unless they are really motivated to play.

Would love to see Mizzou go to the MNC or Sugar Bowl, but if they did drop to the Cotton Bowl the meltdown would be sweet from the BDF teams. The two teams that left the Big12-2-2+2 are the two teams that win the Cotton Bowl verse their old Big12 conference mates!

Thanks for the replies and insight. I want to see the BDF go 0-6 in the bowl games. probably won't happen because OSU will be paired with NIU. But who knows, hope reins eternal. I would love to see us play Duke. Not sure I would want any part of Miami even though Duke beat Miami.

I think NIU gets upset by BGSU in the MAC championship on friday. BGSU has played really well these last few weeks and their defense is salty by MAC standards and I think they can stop Jordan Lynch and the NIU rushing attack.. I know everyone will be rooting hard for NIU to loss so we don't have to watch them in a BCS game again...

Rose - Mich. St. v. Arz Zt.
Sugar - Bama v. UCF
Fiesta - Baylor v. Ohio St.
Orange - Clemson v. Stanford / Oregon

I'd bet that the orange bowl will want the Oregon v. Clemson match up...
