Wow, Baylor beats ULM by 5 points and now wants to beat their chests.

The SEC has the most fan support, the most revenue, the most exposure, the best recruiting, and the best coaching. None of that is going anywhere. Arkansas and Auburn are down, but Georgia is back up, and Florida and Vandy are rising, as is A&M. It's always somebody. The SEC will always be good. When you have programs like Texas A&M, LSU, Arkansas, Auburn, Alabama, Mississippi State, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina all in one conference, it's never going to be a bad conference. NEVER. It never has been, and it never will be. The SEC is only getting better.

SEC fatigue has caused every outside fanbase to nick-pick and find every little thing wrong with the conference. Keep in mind that Auburn slumped for about 3 years before they won their national championship. A couple of teams falling on hard times does not define an entire conference. Especially not one that has won 6 straight national titles and is looking to keep it going with the LSU and Bama machines still going strong.

Starting to appear that outside of Alabama, the SEC is vastly overrated this year. Lowly Auburn leads #2 LSU in the 3rd quarter, Tennessee is tied at the half with always powerful Akron and Rutgers is taking Arky to the woodshed on the road! Good Lord!!

all conferences have up and down years. it is early to tell which this exactly is. we have 4 teams in the top 6 right now. not too shabby.

and compared to what? the big 12??? with the likes of oklahoma. the big 10? laughable. big east? they still a conference???? the pac 12? stanford wont last, usc already choked. the arizona teams...flashes in the pan. only oregon has a hanging pair.

sec down? the waters are just muddied as far as who is in the top 6 and who are not. not enough games played yet.

5 Schools in the top10! 8 in the top 25! Get used to it! The names will change from time to time, but we will always be there! There won't be an SEC team in the championship game about once every decade! Will also be 2 in it about once every decade. We will all be pulling for whoever we happen to have there!
