I don't know anything about this Marcella or how she is in trouble with McDonalds, but it sounds like she and the Hamburgerler may have the same lawyer. And I don't know what a "J-board" is, I can only assume it is some otherworldly neo-Ouija entity. I don't know who "Jim" is, I haven't seen the email or the memo, and I didn't stay up all night, waiting for the people who were doing something about it, to do it.
I just have one question...what in the world does any of this have to do with basketball?!?!?

Follow up question #1: If anyone would like to spend the time explaining the whole "SBP" thing to me on this thread, I wouldn't mind. I'm just too darn lazy to go back through all of the various posts on this topic to figure out what the problem is.

Marcella was a candidate, who pissed people off by campaigning at a basketball game (only actual link to basketball)

She was one of the top two votegetters, along with Jim C, so they're in the runoff. The Judicial Board (J-Board) held a hearing recently about whether or not her campaign was legal. Several people were hoping she would get DQ'd, which would put Scott Smith into the runoff. All she actually got was another pair of $25 fines.

So basically, at the end of the week there's another election, for either Jim C or Marcella.
