Fellow Aggies,
I would like to apologize, personally, for the inappropriate nature of some of my campaigners at the basketball game. Their actions were done without my knowledge but I do take full responsibility. We did not mean any disrespect for Texas A&M or A&M basketball. I, as well as my campaigners, have a love for A&M and would not want to jeopardize the integrity of our school in any way. Once again, my deepest apologies.
Respectfully,
Marcella Colbert

Please feel free to send me your trademark generic email if you have addressed this already. You are running to represent the student body, several students are wondering if they can vote for one that will not take the time to actually attend the quarterfinal playoff game of our basketball team, in the midst of the biggest turnaround season in school history. Now before you give me your run of the mill excuse of whatever meeting you had to attend, please tell me how many football games you have missed due to meetings and such, and if you would ever let missing a football game go on your resume. This is a slap in the face of Aggie fans that believe in our team and consider us as more than just a "football school" as we are commonly labeled. Heres some advice, if you want to represent students get to know what they care about. that is all, I look forward to reading your generic response.

The Issue: Texas A&M students are famous for our intimidating presence at athletic events. This presence is vital to student participation and athletic success. The student section at Reed Arena is not fully adequate to promote this full force student led atmosphere of victory.
The Solution: In order to turn Reed Arena into the most dreaded arena to compete in, we plan to:
1. Work with Reed Arena, the Athletic Department and The 12th Man Foundation to move the student seating from its current location behind the south-side basket to surround the courts entire circumference by 20 rows.
