That game is Indiana vs. Vanderbilt, 8:00 PM ESPN2, which I'm guessing is 8 PM EST even though I got the bracket from A&M's Website.

NCAA is exclusively on CBS, save for the crapass play-in game.

you can watch it on AUA if you're a member. even if you just signed up for that game and canceled your membership, it would only cost 4.95 which is pretty cheap for PPV.
