Considering that the Ags haven't played in a playoff type game in a long time...and they got their first "must-win" game experience against the Wildcats...

Do you think that will help in the "must-win" atmosphere of the NIT.

Honestly, I think the K-State game was a lot of pressure being put on the Ags to win and the players were playing like they had to win...
Now, after reaching the NIT (like they knew they would reach halfway through the season), there's not as much pressure...So they should do well.

This was the first year that any of our guys have played in pressure games at the college level. I think the game against osu in Reed was a pressure game, and we didn't shoot the ball very good. Of course the same thing was true with the ksu tourney game, and again we didn't shoot the ball. These are growing situations for us, and I don't know how we'll handle them in the NIT. For the long term it will help us. We played close games against osu twice, kansas, and ou once, and lost all of them. I think we'll do better in those kidns of games in the future.
