I watched the last half of the texas game on TV and none of the A&M game(worked late). The texas game was like a mourge. Looked like a Class A playoff game, but with less people. Was the A&M game the same lame atmosphere?

Please don't question the basketball fans of Kansas City. They fill Kemper Arena for every tourney game with a great atmosphere. At least, that is what the media has told us.

The A&M game had a much better atmosphere. The KSU fans were pretty loud in the second half.

No the A&M game had a much livelier crowd. Being in Kansas, that would make sense. CU has no following at all, and I doubt many folks in Kansas cared if tu won or not. You could tell KSU had the crowd with them. It helped them for sure.

The distance from KC to Manhattan is shorter than the distance from Houston to College Station. KC is also the closest large metro area so its bound to be packed with Wildcats.

AND don't ever, ever, EVER question the quality of the BBQ in Kansas City. Their sauses are far superior to ours.

If you consider 121.5 miles (Manhattan to KC) "a shorter distance" than 96.8 miles (CS to Houston), then you are correct.
