We got thumped in Austin. I know this and can admit it.

We broke something off in ISU, and then reattached it so we could do the same to teck. We whipped their ass today. It wasn't refs, it wasn't "just not their night", it wasn't freshman, it wasn't injuries. It's called "THE BETTER TEAM WON AND YOU WERE RIPPED A NEW ONE." We should know, it's been happening for years here. I'm just glad we were the quarterback instead of the receiver.

I found it interesting that more Highland Park kids apply to Tech than to any other school except SMU, TCU and Ole Miss.

I was just over there, and one guy who's a moderater (and a total puzzy), Finster 1, in a convo regarding whether they would have attended A&M or texas if Tech didn't exist, I found a couple things funny:
1) Finster, trying to be sarcastic, asked, "So how's your Architecture School, Ag?" I was under the impression (and am pretty certain based on rankings and the like) that A&M has a very good Architecture School, MUCH better than Tech's
2) Most of them answered the question of which one they would have chosen otherwise, as if they actually would have had the choice.
