There's a reason we were almost double digit underdogs.

Losing a game on the road at Texas Tech is not a problem... We just need to win the home games against team's like Tech, and take home/aways against teams like Baylor to be successful in the Big 12.

Well like everyone said, tech played great. We obviously had a let down emotionally after the big win, but oh well. Our guys are still in good shape, and itd be sweet if they still split with tech.

Tech is a pretty good team, and very tough at home. Their guards (Ross and Jackson) had their way with ours today. I think we will beat them in College Station.

trash talk is always OK after a big win!!!...but yes on a sad note, we got it taken to us tonight. I saw a loss as a possibility, but not the margin.

Don't forget that as bad as we started the game shooting, we still pulled within 5 in the second half. So we actually made a game of it when it didn't look like we could.

interesting spin. i didnt think Tech played that well and we just played worse. 39.6% vs 47.1% doesnt impress me. Other than shooting fgs, 3pters (15.4%) and freethrows (66.7%), we played alright.

Tech is a pretty good program, and they have gone 2-6 on the road the last 2 years. I'd wager that we could still reach that mark. It's a tough conference, and you don't have to win much on the road to make the dance.

only the elite big12 teams (ku, osu, t.u.) win consistently on the road. and even t.u. is having problems with that nowdays.

hard to win notable rad games when you dont play them...we are 1-2 on the road witha win over Penn State, and losses to Kansas and Tech. Hardly anything to be worried about yet.

Like several have said, losing a Big 12 road game doesn't hurt you too much as long as you win your home games. Losing a home game is almost like losing two games because it's almost impossible to make up on the road.
