I am proud of how we showed a lot of grit to defeat Ole Miss 80-77 after trailing 63-50 with 11:46 left. As a result, we snapped a 4-game losing streak to improve to 18-8 and 8-5 in SEC play.

Absolutely critical win and I had my doubts when we kept trailing from 8-13 pts in H2 but they gutted it out.

Holloway really played well. I kept wondering why Lane wasn't coming back in and waiting for the Holloway turnover meltdown but it never happened . I guess Bucky knew what he was doing. Holloway made a difference defensively I felt like. Lane is a very good defender but perhaps Holloway has a little more size and strength to bring to the table against bigger guards.
