we had 22 assists on the night to 6 TOs
for as frantic as the game was, very solid

So here's my question on the 10 second non call. They had 15.2 secs remaining at the inbound. At the time of the tie up call there were 5.1 secs remaining so shouldn't the 10 sec call have been made with 5.2 secs remaining?

Yes. Should have been

This may have been discussed earlier, but did the time at 15.2 get changed during the timeout? Announcers kept saying 9.9 seconds, but I counted 10.1. Admittedly, I walked away for a few seconds and it may have changed while I was away from the TV.

Awful luck on the tied ball…
Actually, it was poor execution by us; should have let Bama have the ball and let 10 seconds elapse. Even if they had called TO, the 10-second rule would still have been in play. The tie-up gave Bama a fresh 10 seconds.
I can't blame the players in the moment; although, I was yelling, "Don't tie it up!"

Smu but only shot twice.
We usually have more guys in double figures tonight we only had 3. Time to move on to get ready for Florida who is the best team in the SEC. We are gonna get killed worse on the glass we better make some shots.

First game that Dominguez was neutralized.
Quite honestly that is why he probably came to the US to play college ball; he needs to figure out how to not be neutralized -- Post-up, run defender off screens, something

The analysts are talking like Bama pulled off an upset at home and 7-point favorites.
I'll take it. Love this team, especially excited about tourney time.

Another loss like Tennessee where I feel even better about our team. Went toe to toe with a Bama that was coming off a bad loss and absolutely needed this game and we almost got it.

He made several plays in the two man game for us off the dribble.

Curious sequence when the refs overturned the out of bounds call giving the ball to bama..
May have missed it, but I don't recall even seeing a replay of it. Radio guys thought Bucky might challenge it.

It wasnt a reviewed overturn. I guess another official thought he had a better view, they got together, and changed the call.
Maybe it was the right call. Honestly don't know cause the broadcast didn't think it was worth showing any replays.

I just want to see a replay. If it really was out on us, cool. But to not get a replay and then overturn it when Bama had no challenges is very frustrating.

I don't think I've watched a more entertaining game this year. Win or lose, those battles prepare you for March. Respect.
