Is it? Is it the easiest negotiation ever to convince an already highly successful and still growing company with basically an unblemished record to tether themselves to Texas A&M Men's Basketball? Does Buccees need and benefit from the exposure and prestige that only an A&M Men's Basketball partnership can provide?

I mean, it's easy for A&M but this is a 2 party negotiation.

Probably super easy to convince Puff's Facial Tissues to partner with Puff Daddy as well.

Yes. They get to hire students to sell Buccees concessions products at a premium cost (so A&M can take a cut). This is revenue generation without the need to obtain real estate. The only cost to them would be advertising, but their name would be all over the stadium and all over TV's. We would replace the yell leaders with the beaver and have smoking hot coeds constantly taking beaver photos around the stadium.
