Someone was interested in our job, we talked to them, and they stayed. It cost us nothing, we didnt have Beard before, we didn't have beard after, Beard stayed at Ole Miss and it likely cost Ole Miss a lot of money. Who got played?

I wasn't waiting to hire Beard because he probably didn't assault his girl friend. I wasn't there and I don't know, and
therefore regarding coach candidate eligiblity, I don't care.
(. and as a woman I have a strong hatred for violence against women)
The reason I wanted to hire him is that I think he is by far the best coach that we are likely to consider. That said, he is off the board, so let's move on and make a fantabulous hire.
